He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Crooker and Alta Crooker (Anderson); and his siblings, Jack, Frank, Ken, Bud, Stanley, Georgia John, Iris Donason, Wilma Carlyle, Wanda Smith, Bonnie Mizner and Ina Cleveland.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn M. Jines of Newport, NE; his children, Kelly (Jerry Adkins) of Laurel, NE and Jerred (Melissa Crooker) of Kearney, NE; his grandchildren, Jayden Garett, Skylar Crooker and Karly Crooker; and his sister Maxine Sailas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
