She is survived by: her children, Monte Strelow (Stacy) of Bassett, Regina Beck (Tory) of Bassett, Lynette Qualley (Ed) of Valentine, NE and Connie Olson (Jack) of Volin, SD; her brother Dennis Cook of Plattsmouth, NE; and her sister-in-law Susan Cook of Plattsmouth. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to the Rock County Hospital, Bassett Methodist Church or Newport Volunteer Fire Department in Lynn's name.
