He is survived by: his son Michael Billings of Valentine, NE; his sister Verna Foster of Hay Springs, NE; and his nieces, Louise Keogh (Andy) of Springview, Connie Garner of Oxford, NE and Donna Bostron (Conrad) of Gering, NE.
