She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Deveny (Chic) and Iva Coe Deveny; her husband Don Russel Burton; her daughter Rosalie Burton; and her brother Guy Glen Ashmore.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Sue, Gary Haag of Bandera, TX, Ivy Dawn, Pat Stritt (Donald) of Bartley, Cindy Burton of Raymond, NB, Mary Jo and Duane Teter of Bartley; her grandson Blaine (Tracie Haag); her children, Jessica (Heath Bortner), Garrett (Emily Haag), Gabriel (Kristine Stritt), Samuel (Bethany Stritt), Josh Burton, Brandon Burton and Haley Teter; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Haag Connor Haag, Parker Haag, Ethan Charles Bortner, Kylea Stritt, Mitchel Stritt, Russell Stritt, Charlotte Stritt, Jude Burton, Millie Burton, Tessa Burton, Charlie Burton and Lane Teter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her name to the Willow Christian Church in Indianola or the McCook Humane Society.
