It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn K. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Gerloff (Hunter) and Herman Gerloff; her daughter Nancy Ketterl; and her brothers, Kenneth, Paul and Donald Gerloff.

She is survived by: her husband Royce Rehtus of Ayr; her sons, Ron Rehtus (Angela) of Lincoln and Gerald Rehtus (Kim) of Kearney; her son-in-law Kevin Ketterl of Oberlin; and her grandchildren, Ben, Rachel, Emma Rehtus, Dustin Ketterl (Bailey), Kimberly Choate and Tamara Hamel (Randy). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Zion Lutheran Church.
