It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Stromer of Ayr, Nebraska, born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Stromer and Rocella Stromer (Stelk); and his brother Gaylord Stromer. He is survived by: his wife Debra Stromer; his daughter Alyssa Stromer; and his grandson Micahl Stromer. He is also survived by Niece: 1 Nephews.
