He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Pettijohn and Berle Pettijohn (Misenhimer); his brother Bobby Gene; and his daughter Christine Wells. He is survived by: his wife Vernelle Jacobsen of St. Paul, NE.; his daughter Tracie Pettijohn; his grandchildren, Kelsey Sisneros (David), Conner Wells and Kit Wells; and his great grandchild Kellen Anderson.
