He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maynard Bruns and Geraldine Bruns (Mickle); his wife Connie Kroese; his children, Carrie Brandt (Barry) of Unadilla, Burton, Barret, Brody, Roxanne Kastens (Ben) of Elmwood, Rylan, Rowan, Ryerson, Brenda Royal (Jarred) of Syracuse, Irvin, Maeva, Vera, Scott Bruns (Ashley Quimby) of Avoca, Corrick and Amelia; his sisters, Janice Lomax (Mike) of Lincoln, LuAnn Gobber of Lincoln and Kathy Helmink (Fred) of Lincoln; his brother-in-law Steve Kroese of Unadilla; and his grandson Baby J Royal. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
