He is survived by: his spouse Loveda B. Skibinski; his sons, Steve A. Proctor of Aurora, Joe Proctor (Jennifer) of Aurora and Victor M. Proctor (Tammy) of Aurora; his grandchildren, Victor, Shaun, Joseph, Daniel, Brandon, Cassey, Laci and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Kohldyn, Harlow, Everleigh, Matthew, Sienna, Layten, Ridgely, Harley, Blaze, Cashmere, Meelah, Braydon, Allison and Ayden; and his sister Ethel Hehnke of Ravenna. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
