He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Vernie Williams (Carlson); his siblings, Wayne Williams and Rogene Roby; and his siblings-in-law, Milt Goertzen, Everett Goertzen, Leo Goertzen, Rallie Trautman, LaRie Goertzen and Mavis Goertzen.

He is survived by: his wife Amanda Goertzen of Aurora; his sons, Jeff Williams (GeorgeAnn) of Grand Island and Brian Williams (Lezlee) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Braden Williams of Lincoln, Sage Williams of Grand Island, Ty Williams of Grand Island, Cassie Stara of Grand Island and Stetson Stara (Hannah) of Waverly; his great grandchild Delilah of Waverly; and his siblings-in-law, Erm Goertzen of Marquette, Jo Trautman of Holdrege, Elizabeth Bicknase of Aurora, Marlene Watton (Bob) of Lincoln, Johnny Goertzen (Donna) of Aurora and Denton Goertzen of Aurora. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
