She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira McCord and Margaret McCord (Kane); her husband Ken Wortman of Aurora; her daughters, Sue and Sally Wortman; her great grandchild Jager Mann; and her brothers, J. Owen, Marshall and Collins McCord.
She is survived by: her children, Jayne Smith (Denny) of Aurora and Brian Wortman (Sherry) of Grand Island; her grandchildren, Bradley Mann (Jodee) of Omaha, Blaine Mann (Ricci) of Aurora and Megan Oswald (Chad) of Hebron; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Kentyn, Curran, Carter Oswald, Penelope, Moxon Mann, Cameron and Ryian Mann.
Memorials may be made in care of the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop.
