She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rains (Ed) and Dorcas Rains (Peck); her former husband Kenneth Howland; her siblings, Clyde Rains, John Rains, Ruth Humrich, Grace Mitchell, Minnie Graf, Ella Dieckmann and Edith Brenning; her stepdaughter Cathy Molnar; her stepgrandson Perry Ruebsamen, Jr. (Those); her children, Dan Howland (Sandy) of Aurora and Nancy Paschke (Byron) of Aurora; her grandchildren, Kenny Howland (Stacey), Annie Danhauer (Zack), Nich Paschke (Jen) and Josh Paschke (Angie); and her great grandchildren, Torri, Landon, Mason, Carter, Kinzie, Kelsey, Addie, Lilly and Owen.
She is survived by: her husband Neil Ruebsamen; and her stepchildren, Ric Ruebsamen (Linda), Regina Lunsford (Paul) and Perry Ruebsamen (Linda).
