He is survived by: his sons, Keith Penner (Judy) of Aurora and Gary Penner (Carol) of Fairfax, VA; his grandchildren, Tom Penner (Susan) of Aurora, Doug Penner (Shari) of Aurora, David Penner (Karen) of Raleigh, N. C. and Samantha Massey (Ken) of Waynesboro, PA; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Max, Kendal, Marshal, Nolan, Fiona, Alex Heiden (Jen) and Aaron Heiden (Tara); and his sister-in-law Elaine Penner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
