We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, Joy Jacobsen of Aurora, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer; her parents-in-law, Christian T. Jacobsen and Alma Jacobsen (Andersen); her daughter-in-law Coral Lea Jacobsen; and her siblings-in-law, Art Jacobsen and Doris Jacobsen.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey of Marquette, Luke (Lori) of Marquette, Noel (Joni) of Gothenburg and Mark (Diana) of Lincoln; her brothers, Ray (Pat) of Highland, KS, Keith (Peggy) of Topeka, KS and Erik (Pam) of Salina, KS; her sister-in-law Helen Jacobsen of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Solomon Jacobsen (Allison), Aaron Jacobsen (Carli), Ryan Jacobsen (Abby), Sarah Jacobsen, Anna Frahm (Andy), Rebecca Steward, Adam Jacobsen (Liz), Jordan Jacobsen (Anne), Nicholas Jacobsen (Sarah), Marcy Fuentes (Oscar), Nikki Davison (Seth), Katilin Kreifels (Mitch), Alexis Carroll, Jordan Schlautman and Sudik. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
