He is survived by: his children, Paula Hewen (John) of Aurora and David Green (Denise) of Des Plaines, Illinois; his grandchildren, Britney Coliz (Noe) of Rockford, Illinois, Ryan Green of Chicago, Bryce Hewen of Denver and Gabriel Hewen of Lincoln, Nebraska; his stepgranddaughter Ashley Muller of Oslo, Norway; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Jeremiah Green, Cristian Vigilio, Sebastian and Gabriel Coliz; and his sister-in-law Jo Meyer (Darryl) of Albert Lea.
