James Heffelfinger Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Heffelfinger of Aurora, Nebraska, born in Beatrice, Nebraska, who passed away on March 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Ruth Lucille Heffelfinger (Bloodgood); and his wife Sandra Sue Fox. He is survived by: his children, Douglas David, Doug Heffelfinger (Terri) of Boise, Idaho, Deneen Denny of Norfolk and Dawn Heffelfinger of Aurora; his grandchildren, Jessica (Jesse), Erin (John), Corey (Amanda), Ashley (Michael), Dillion (Darbi) and Olivia (Chase); his great grandchildren, Damion, Akyra, Maddy, Teigan, Logan, Leah, Jameson, Bradi and Samuel; and his siblings, Dick Heffelfinger (Jeanie) of Grass Valley, CA, Gail Heffelfinger (Barb) of York and Sandy Smallman of Zellwood, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
