We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jack Payne of Aurora, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jack touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Payne and Paulina Hammes Payne (Polly); and his siblings, George Payne Jr. and DeAnna Irish. He is survived by: his wife Judy Steckelberg of St. George; his children, Bill, Dawn Payne of Tucson, Tereasa and Simon Hutchings of New York, NY; and his sisters, Becky, Dallas Gerdes of Cozad, Pam and Cal Williams of Winona, Minn.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
