He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Griffith and Gertrude Griffith (Neuhart); his brother Albert 'Bill Griffith; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Griffith and Bob Willis; his sister Barbara Weems; and his brother-in-law Don Marquardt.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen of Aurora; his sons, Kevin Griffith (Teresa) of Lehigh and Bill Griffith (Jody) of Aurora; his grandchildren, Travis Griffith (Amanda) of Waconia, MN, Josh Griffith (Heather) of Kearney, Megan Griffith of Aurora, Tanner Griffith (Anya) of Aurora and Austin Griffith of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Trynley, Walker, Norah and Conner; and his sisters, Genene Willis of Aurora and Linda Marquardt of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
