It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellamae Dimmitt of Aurora, Nebraska, born in Fordyce, Nebraska, who passed away on December 7, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Richard Kuchta and Esther Schwartz; and her granddaughter April Dzingle. She is survived by: her former spouse Garrell "Tuffy" Dimmitt; her children, Duaine Dimmitt (Kathy) of Aurora, Darwin Dimmitt (Cheryl) of Grand Island, Denise Obermeier (Lee) of St. Paul, Donna Dzingle (Gary) of Loup City, Darla Christensen (Don) of Dannnevirke and Darnell Dimmitt (Michelle) of Leesville, LA; and her siblings, Marvin Kuchta (Pat) of St. Paul, Verlane "Barney" Kuchta (Mary), Diane McCluskey (Tom) of New Castle and Ardith Rohan (Tim) of Newcastle. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
