It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elaine Penner (Aurora, Nebraska), who passed away at the age of 88, on April 22, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Frances Strotman, Sr. (Orendorff); her husband Melvin 'Jake Penner; her daughter Cheryl Ryan; and her brothers, Joe Strotman, Jr. and Don Strotman.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki VanAckeren (Jerry) of Lincoln and Greg Penner of Grand Island; and her son-in-law Ed Ryan of Overland Park, KS. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place at this time, private family inurnment will be at the Aurora Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be made in care of the family to designate at a later date.
