She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Beryl (Ritchie) and Clarence Archie Talkington; her siblings, Eldon, Ardell and Joyce Talkington; her great-nephew Abe Talkington; and her brothers, Larry, Gerald Holtzen (Joy) and Herman Schuett.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis D. Holtzen; her close friends, Wyatt and Nora Rhoades; her siblings, Donna Talkington of Crete, Nebraska and Dale Talkington (Becky) of Dorchester, Nebraska; her siblings-in-law, Jeannie Talkington of Red Cloud, Nebreaska, Ilene Schuett of Chapman, Sharon Nunnenkamp (Bob) of Aurora, Nebraska, Joe Holtzen (Judi) of Colorado Springs and Jim Holtzen (Grace) of Aurora, Nebraska.; and her nieces and nephews, Becky Olson (Bill), Tricia Bruha (Don), Archie (Carlose), Danny, Brian (Donna), Brad Talkington (Holly), Rick (Francine), Tom (Candance), Jon Holtzen, Kenyon and Roger Schuett (Sally).
Memorials will be directed to the Walnut Creek Cemetery Fund.
