It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dick Grosshans of Aurora, Nebraska, born in Stockham, Nebraska, who passed away on May 17, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Grosshans and Gweneth Grosshans; his sister Gweneth Allen; his brothers-in-law, Stan Allen and Gip Barnell; and his daughters-in-law, Gaylene Grosshans and Rhonda Grosshans.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Oswald; his children, Nick Grosshans, Ned Grosshans of Aurora and Julie Krause (Bill) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Brandon Grosshans (Tanya), Carrie Crosby (Michael), Brian Shaw (Cassie), Stephanie Floyd (BJ), Chelsea Kerwin (Seth), Darrin Grosshans (Megan Anson), Morgan Ebberson (Brandon), Matthew Grosshans (Shelby Gowen) and Maggie Preissler (Nick); and his sister Shirley Barnell. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
