With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Lemkau (Aurora, Nebraska), born in Clay Center, Nebraska, who passed away on February 21, 2017. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Lemkau; his stepson Lonnie Houchin; his brothers, Lyle, Bob, Jerry and Dale Lemkau; and his brother-in-law Archie Kriutzfield.
He is survived by: his spouse Germaine Houchin; his children, Terri Alberts of Superior, Rick Lemkau (April) of Sutton, Doyle Lemkau (Jennifer) of Grand Island, Dawn Petersen (Douglas) of Aurora and Tammie Ferris (Jay) of Seward; and his siblings, Irene Kriutzfield of Lincoln, MaryLou Swanson (Dave) of Wichita Falls and Kenny Lemkau (Wanda) of Centennial. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
