He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelyn Dubas of Fullerton; his son Dave Patton; and his siblings, Elmer Patton, Ronald Patton and Lila Rittenhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Reve King (Silvey) of Perry; his children, Glenda Sapp (Terry) of Windsor, Colorado, Mike Patton (Lalana Sperline) and Steve Patton of Aurora; and his sister Donna Vietch of California.
