He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman "Mike" Boring and Betty Boring (Bucher); his wife Terrie Badberg of Johnson; his stepfather Dwayne Kistner; his parents-in-law, Raymond Badberg (Doris) and Patricia Jensen (Larry); his son-in-law Todd Henry; his children, Shawna Henry of Auburn, Shane Boring (Kim) of Omaha and Sherrie Cain (Chris) of Falls City; his grandchildren, Rachel Halstead (Dave), Heather Terry (Daniel), Addison, Hunter, Hailey Henry, Nicholas, Elizabeth Boring, Joshua Hoff-Boring and Presley Cain; his great grandchild Parker Terry; his siblings, Richard Boring (Diana) of Lincoln, Leslie Boring (Sandy) of Beatrice and Susan Etherington (Steve) of Vero Beach, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Badberg (Missy) of Sandy, UT, Troy Badberg (Brooke) of Loveland, CO and Brandon Badberg (Kate) of Wahoo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
