He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Grooms and Sadie Grooms (Henderson); and his brother-in-law Sid Byrom. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Grooms of Brownville and Jenny Jura (Frankie) of Bennington; his grandchildren, Sheena and Ace; and his sisters, Cathleen Byrom of Nexa, MO and Donna Herold of Nebraska City. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
