He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen Konruff and Joe Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Ron Konruff (Kandy) of North Platte and Terry Konruff (McQuilkin); his son Logan; the mother of his child Amanda Brook; his daughter Ophelia; his stepdaughter Olive; his girlfriend Stephanie Diesterhaupt of Fremont; his brother Jason Konruff (Kyleigh); his nieces and nephews, Grant and Harper of Harrisonville, MO; his stepbrothers, Ryan Smith (Annie) and Blake Hendrickson (Auriel); his grandparents, David, Nancy McQuilkin of Louisville, OH, Marta Smith of Johnson, Ron and Mary Miller of Brady; and also, Rachael Sailors, Veronica, Joe, Hank, Waylon, Bowen, Miella of Decatur, Hamish and Finn of Lincoln. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to Matthew's children.
