He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Holthus and Valerie Holthus (Hoops); his former wife Sondra; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Sharyl Borrell of Elk Creek; his children, Amanda Larkin of Charleston, NC and Jamie Helton of Fayetteville, AR; his grandchildren, Chloe, Avery, Cheyenne, James, Joshua, Jonathan and Goody; his great grandchild Waylon; his sisters, Sharon McGee and Velda Stewart; and his brothers-in-law, Sam Borrell (Patti), Delbert Borrell and Dan Borrell (Diane). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
