He is survived by: his wife Joan Milligan of Auburn; his daughter Courtney Milligan; his son-in-law Chad Hurlburt of Richmond, TX; his sons, Scott Milligan of Petaluma, CA and Daniel Milligan; his stepson Brett Erzen (Toni) of Painesville, OH; his grandchildren, Sadie, Keagan and Breanain Hurlburt; his sisters, Lisa Paci of Philadelphia, PA and Tracy Reeser of Dunedin, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Luebbers, Claudia Busby, Thomas F. Black, Jr. (Susan), Joseph Black (Katy) and Jon Black (Julie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
