He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Kenneth J. Martin and Hellen E. Martin (Fullenwider); and his sister Carol Morris. He is survived by: his wife Janice K. Martin (Pierson); his sisters, Wanda Fleming, Joellen Morris and Linda Morris; his children, Sarah M. Martin, Edith E. Thompson (Martin), Zebulon I. Martin (Rachael Crouch), Curt D. Booker of Auburn, NE and C. Dale Booker; and his stepchildren, Deann Poulignat of Hawkins, TX, Doug Booker, Julie Booker and Rhonda Moore.
