He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Maddox and Mildred Maddox (Colerick); his siblings, Floyd, Paul, Larry and Jean Reeves; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Simmons, Craig Davis, Gary Boham and Genny Maddox.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Jeff (Carol Maddox), Robb (Jana Maddox) and Jodi; his son-in-law Jon Genthe of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Nick Maddox, Sydney Maddox, Tara Ribble (Dylan), Jadyn Maddox, Brayden Genthe and Braxton Genthe; his great grandchild Eleanor Ribble; his siblings, Carol Simmons of Nemaha, Doris Barnard (Jerry) of Lincoln, Mary Davis of Shubert, Alice Alexander (Gary) of Auburn, Pat Wamsley (Don) of Nemaha and Kenny Maddox (Tamara) of Madrid; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Maddox of Nebraska City, Gerri Maddox of Shubert, Terry Reeves of Peru and Judy Boham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM.
