He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Drewel and Leona Drewel (Weber); his wife Bonnie Rider; his parents-in-law, Edward and Ruth Tobin (Rider); his stepfather-in-law Ed Tobin; his sister Dorothy Gerdes (Dennis); his brothers-in-law, James Rider (Marjorie), Maurice Rider and Dale Rider; and his grandson Todd Brinkman.
He is survived by: his nephew Doug; his daughter June Brinkman (Lyle); his granddaughter Sarah Van Boening (Thomas); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Madison and Tari Rider. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
