She was predeceased by: her father Duane William; her husband David Scroggins; her daughter Elizabeth Warland; and her stepfather Glen Hurst. She is survived by: her mother Betty Jane Radke (Janssen) of Nebr; her sons, Christopher A. Radke (Jamie) of Honey Creek, IA and Tyler M. Warland of Omaha, NE; her siblings, Diana L. Davis (Kelly) of Rock Port, MO and Duane W. Radke (Lori) of Nebr; and her stepsiblings, Rita Thomas of Longmont, CO and Ken Hurst (Kim) of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
