Daryl Long Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daryl Long (Auburn, Nebraska), who passed away on January 22, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Long and Dorothy Long (Shreckengost); his wife Peggy Pribbenow; and his daughter Christy Jo Rikli (Long). He is survived by: his sister Jonette Peterson; his son Keith Long (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Mykayla, McKenzy and Maleigha; his son Eric (Beth); his grandchildren, Truman, Cassidy and Camdyn; his son-in-law Tom Rikli; and his grandchildren-in-law, Josh and Alexa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Hemmingsen Funeral Home (801 S St, Auburn, NE 68305). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Performing Arts Center at Peru State College.
