He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Kalkwarf and Mary Ann Kalkwarf (Tummond); his parents-in-law, Tim and Marion Gill; his siblings, Tom Kalkwarf and Susie Urbach; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Petracek, Timothy Gill (Colleen), Norma Gill, Kathyrn Bojanski, Robert Hostetler, Teresa Lynn Gill, Mark Urbach (Mary) and Greg Bojanski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann of Auburn; his son Cristopher Lynn of Auburn; his granddaughters, Camilla Lynn and Lailla Ann; his siblings, Robert Kalkwarf (Linda), Barb Petracek, Patricia Urbach (Wayne), William Kalkwarf (Gwen), Martha Hingst (Al), Mary Ellen Calkins (Lyle), Mike Kalkwarf (Becky) and Julie Layton (Steve); his sister-in-law Connie Kalkwarf; and also, Judy Woolman (Larry), Mike Gill (Gay), Patrick Gill (Barb), Patricia Schulze (Jerry), Shannon Gill and Danny Gill (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
