She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald E. Hoover and Opal Hoover (Carver); her son Sammy; and her grandchildren, Melissa and Thomas Jeanneret.

She is survived by : her husband Glendon Dwight Hawley; her children, Catherine, Carol Schmucker (Robert) of Lincoln, Helen Jeanneret (John) of Johnson, John Hawley (Nancy) of Auburn and Charles Hawley (Janet) of Brock; her grandchildren, Jan Jeanneret, Angela Hetzel (Ted), Sara Moody (Brian), Eric Hawley (Holly), Aron Hawley (Jennifer), Cody Hawley (Melissa) and Katy Cipolla (Guy); her siblings, Donald Hoover of Topeka, KS and Ann Dick (Jack) of Tecumseh, KS; and her sister-in-law Connie Clark of Sun Lakes, AZ. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
