He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Mayfield (Wolfe); his grandparents, Bob, Laverne Mayfield, Tom and Bonnie Wolfe; his uncle Steve; his aunt Peggy Mayfield; and his niece Grace Allgood.
He is survived by: his father John Mayfield of Auburn; his wife Julie Murphy of Auburn; his sisters, Amanda (Jeff Powell) and Melanie (Dan Duncan); and his nieces and nephews, Faith Allgood, Addy, Carter Duncan, Tayton and Tannon Holmes. He is also survived by her 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
