He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rickard and Doris Rickard; his siblings, Alan, Martin, Marvin Rickard and Janet Fleek; his brothers-in-law, Dale Mudloff, Keith Kasselder and Duane Kruntorad; his granddaughters, Emily Nichols and Chelsey Dimmitt; and also, Walt and Mary Field.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Shelly Ross, Greg Rickard (Sandy) and Tammy Dimmitt (Travis); his stepchildren, Ken Nichols (Julie) and Lori Rodgers (Travis); his siblings, Verlin Rickard (Pat), Gary Rickard, Glenda Mudloff, Vicki Tomjack (Bill) and Darla Cox (Rick); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Kasselder (Keith), Dixie Kruntorad (Duane) and Tammy Hinkle (Jim). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
