We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2024, at the age of 82, Sharon K. Mitchell of Atkinson, Nebraska, born in Lynch, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Mitchell and Eva Mitchell; her parents-in-law, Charles and Mazie Mitchell; and her brothers, Larry and Ronnie Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Rhonda Wenner (Joe) and Kurt Mitchell (Pam); her grandchildren, Paige Jensen (Bo) and Austin Wenner (Carlie); her great grandchild Jentrie Jensen; and her siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Mitchell, Maxine Garwood, Gaylene Mitchell, Gary Mitchell (Terri), Ken Mitchell, Evan Garwood and Don Mitchell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Seger Funeral Home (302 W State St, Atkinson, NE 68713). A prayer was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Presbyterian Church (508 E 5th St, Atkinson, NE 68713). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (508 E 5th St, Atkinson, NE 68713).
