Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Raymond Joseph Shaffer of Atkinson, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 83, on December 23, 2023. He is survived by: his son Troy Shaffer (Connie) of Orangevale, California; his granddaughters, Jackie Shaffer and Samantha Shaffer; and his sisters, Bernadette Dickau of Valley and Joan Mack of Mountain Home, Idaho. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
