She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her son Steve Schaaf; her granddaughter Julia Schaaf; her parents, Arthur Humpal and Elsie Humpal (Skrdla); her sisters, Kay Mosher and Donna Cole; and her siblings-in-law, Connie Schaaf, Mary Ellen Monahan, Paul Brau, Don Schaaf and Leon Schaaf.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Winkler (Jerry) of Atkinson, Sandi Finley (Dennis) of Ewing, Vicky Johnson (Mark) of Atkinson and Rocky Schaaf (America) of Seattle; and her sister-in-law Darlene Schaaf of Atkinson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
