It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack W. Hoffman (Atkinson, Nebraska), who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Andy Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Brianna Hoffman (Stiner); his sisters, Ava and Reese; his grandparents, Kerry, Bonnie Stiner of Burke, SD, Gary and Karen Hoffman of Spencer, NE; and his cousins, Tiffany, Nate Miller, Kollin and Sarah Stiner. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (903 N State Hwy 11, Atkinson, NE 68713). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Atkinson Community Center (206 W 5th St, Atkinson, NE 68713).

After Jack started chemotherapy for pediatric brain cancer at age 6, his parents saw the lack of treatment options for kids and started the Team Jack Foundation to raise research money and awareness of the disease.
