He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Pettinger; his sons, Kevin and David Pettinger; his siblings, Dee Wonacott and Don Pettinger; his grandchildren, Hailey Fackrell, David Junior, Nadia and Mac Pettinger; and his great grandchild Ethan Fackrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
