He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Stobbe and Agnes Stobbe (Karas); his parents-in-law, Raymond and Jean Budzinski; his sister Carol; his brother-in-law Ron Dzingle; his nephew Bryan Dzingle; his brother-in-law Roger Pemberton; his nephew Charles Anderson (Chuck); and also Alex Smedra.
He is survived by: his son Joseph M. Stobbe, Jr. (Michelle Stobbe); his wife Elaine of Ashton, NE; his grandchildren, Brock and Tiffany McDonald; his sister Judi Pemberton of Loup City, NE; and his nieces and nephews, Erin K. Pemberton, Sean Pemberton, Lexie Jenkins (Cody) and Taylor Martin.
Memorials are suggested to the Stobbe family for later designation or donor's choice.
