He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kusek of Ashton; his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Renae Lewandowski of Dannebrog; his grandchildren, Dominick, Jalee and Aspen; and his stepsiblings, Marge (Ervan Dzingle) of Loup City, Cindy Cottrell (Tim Maiefski) of Arizona, Tammy (Mark Smedra) and Shelly (Opie Jurey) of Kearney.
