She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ring and Cleo Ring (Rentfro); her husband Jack Eldon Thompson; and her brothers, Virgil Ring and Merlin Ring.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Maseberg (Gregg) of Macksville, KS and Ilene Withers (Marvin) of Loveland, CO. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild.
