He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Jo Milne; and his sister-in-law Kathy Wilde Starr. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Patti Starr; his grandchildren, Kim, Julie and Claire Starr; his brother Kenneth Starr; his sons, Kim Starr (Julie) and Kevin Starr (Patti); his grandchildren, Jack Arthur Starr (Jessica Bohnenkamp) and Eliza Claire Starr Foos (Levi); his niece Lynn Starr Jacobs (David); and his great-nephews, Mitchell and Spencer Jacobs.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in the name of A. Keith Starr to the Alzheimer's Association, Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins or a charity of your choice.
