She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Jens and Lola Jens (Wellman); her husband Robert Stork; and her siblings, Tom Jens (Donna), Betty Smith (Don) and Shirley Stamp (Jack).
She is survived by: her daughter Erika Dahlheim (Alex); her grandchildren, Josie, Ryann, Braeden and Camden; and her great grandchild Beau.
