He is survived by: the mother of his children Sally Slingsby of Grayson, KY; his children, David (Michelle) of Arvada, CO, Amy Young of Lawrenceburg, TN, Robert (Dawn) of Cantonment, FL and Sheila Witter (Jeremy) of Grayson, KY; his grandsons, Elliott (Ashley), Zachary, Gilbert, Amos, Isaac and Melvin Witter; and his friends, Rod Larson and Grant Calleroz. He is also survived by his siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
