She is survived by: her husband Dale Sampy of Ansley; her children, Teresa Messersmith (Jeff) of Laurel and Steven Sampy (Linda) of Eustis; her friend Dale Scott (Kathy); her grandchildren, Marcus Messersmith (Sidney) of Hartington, Brittany Sampy of Lincoln, Kristin Frey (David) of Wayne, Trevor Scott of Minneapolis and Trent Scott of LeMars; her great grandchildren, Quincy, Chaney, Sloane, Palmer Messersmith, Iris Quiroz, Scarlet and Mavis Frey; and her brother-in-law Jerry Steele of Omaha.
